Checkered Flag Racing to Provide Product Prizes in 2007 |

Seattle, WA (March 2, 2007) – Checkered Flag Racing Ltd has implemented a program to reward the drivers racing on CFR sprockets in the 2007 Snap-on Stars of Karting presented by IndyCar Series. For the 2007 season, any driver winning a Snap-on Stars of Karting presented by IndyCar Series event running on Checkered Flag Racing sprockets will receive three (3) free sprockets, any driver finishing second on CFR sprockets will receive two (2) free sprockets, and any driver finishing third on with the CFR product will receive one (1) free sprockets. Checkered Flag principal George Fellner wanted reward the pilots using his product in the series, "The Stars of Karting series represents the top level of karting in North America, and we wanted to do anything we could to show recognition for the top racers in the series that were using our product."
Fellner led Devon Sandeen to the 2006 West Division Spec Racer Championship aboard a First Kart. Series Marketing Director Jeff Swoboda was glad to see Checkered Flag Racing’s involvement, "George and his team have been great supporters of our program, and this prize package is a way that he can show his customers in our series some recognition for their achievements."
The Snap-on Stars of Karting presented by IndyCar season kicks off April 13-15 in Norman, OK at the annual Race of the Americas East-West combination event.
